Big Savings on a Big Haul

Hey!  It looks like the East side of the country is wet, cold and wintery. Bbbrrr. It is definetly time to pull out the sweaters and boots. I added tights and leg-warmers today. But you won't get to see that until later because my shipment from rue 21 came in and we need to talk about that. Did you use those coupon codes yet? I saved $52.46 and ended with a total of $101.29 after Uncle Sam's share of $6.85.

    Which is a nice little chunk of change to dish out on clothes but I needed them. No seriously, it was a need. And it doesn't matter anyways because if you save over $50 it is almost like you didn't pay for half the stuff you get. So .... that is how I explain it to my husband and he just nods so A. he gets my mathmatical reasoning or B. he isn't really listening. Whatevs, both ways work for me. :)

I really did get an amazing amount of stuff for $101.29. 2 sweaters, a pair of tights, 2 tube scarfs with dual patterns, 3 pairs of leg-warmers and 2 pairs of boots.  I shared the pics of them with you here and can't wait to show them in completed outfits. They delivered super fast. I ordered them on 10/27 after dinner and they were delivered on 10/31 by 3pm. I will have to exchange the shorter boots because there is some damage to the material but I have never had an issue with exchanges at Rue21.

Black leggings, a need. Or I would freeze.

I like the quilted look of these and the color. I am not sure about the
fit though... I left the tags on and need to think about it.
